owner's direct mandate. However that is no problem but there is a new development. As at last week, the owner has decided to withdraw the property from the market after a family meeting with the Children. [/b]So it is no longer available for sale unless the plan changes again. [b]

Yes it does...Then as for the "last rental value", it was not directly in the market. As you can see it was an owner occupied school, before it was put up for sale. However with the comparables the rental value was around 2m and 2.5m. Then it has all other necessary documents. I Hope I answered your questions. Thanks.
