Good evening my able mamas, hope we are all good? Bin in the reading zone for a while now, tiredness no gree me type ni jare! Am presently dealing with catarrh and the tin no funny at all, giving me headache. Omo, I can't wait to twerk out this baby that has turned my belle to football pitch! Deezou I will suggest you start your antinatals now, I lost my first pregnancy at 9 weeks the Dr then adviced me to wait until after the 1st trim but when I became pregnant the 2nd time I did not wait immediately I found out at 10 weeks I started my antinatals and I am so greatful I started early. I did all my necessary tests on time and my mind is always at rest that I have registered so I think there is no harm in starting your antinatals now.

I bought st Louis pampers for baby and my sister have been complaining dat I get huggies for d first month,i plan to return it today and get huggies,wat do u think?

I also went baby shopping yesterday and I wanted to pick pampers but I met many experienced mamas in the shop who adviced I use Huggies for the first few months so I opt for Huggies!

First tetanus dose shld b @ first antenatal visit/first contact then the second one 4weekss after, the third one is 6months after the 2nd one, the 4th shld b a year after the 3rd and the 5th a year after the 4th and that get u covered all life but mosst women just hv the normal preg doses and await anoda dose in anoda preg. Its encourage we ffl the routine. So if urs is past 4weeks after first dose,pls do request for it. U knw we can surely sort out ur baby tinz wen u r ready, no dey fall my hand ooo abi I no dey represent enuf ni.. one love

Thanks and yes you can have a better birth story. All you need do is;
-pray- tell God what you want and how you want it.
-do your regular exercises like walking, squatting, and other ones that are safe for pregnancy.
-and practice your breathing technique. Ask and ask questions in any thing you find confusing. Its well with you sis.

Birth story:
It all started yesterday(20th) at about 7pm. I was putting my first daughter 2ru her home work when i felt a 'rush' of water out 2ru my vjay. And each time i want to talk, there will be another rush of the water, this happened like five times. I quickly called my dh to com tek me home. Both dh and his inlaw insisted that i go the hospital first, but i sharp pass them. I told them that i don't have my hospital card with me(na true sha oooo) but my main reason was fear of induction abi na augmentation cos i was not having contraction. So he took me home.
While preparing my kids that knight for the hospital, i quickly went to Google and the answers i found strengthened my heart. After much much, i was able to convince my dh to hold on till the next day. That knight i made Google my closest pal.
Fast forward to this morning(21st), at about 7:30am i did just small light exercise and 30 minutes later i started to have contractions which were ten minutes apart. I decided to hasten labor my doing some house chores and begged God that i want to be atleast 8cm dilated by the time i get to the hospital.
I got to the hospital some mins before 1pm and by 2:20pm my daughter came forth.
Forgot to add. Wen i got to the hospital and was checked, i was 8 and half dilated, so they decided to make contraction stronger by placing me on a drip that i don't know its name. And hell was let loose and with two pushes my queen was delivered. Glory be to God in the highest and peace to you all.

congratulations, what a great birth story, hmmm how I wish as a FTM I can borrow from these yours tips when I am due.

All of a sudden my LO @beat stopped at 25 weeks and there was nothing I could do. For the little time i spent with him, my joy was countless. But God knows the best RIP.
