You need to stay away from exfoliating and lightening agents for sometime and skin build with moisturizers and natural oils and butters till you see changes.

Please if I want to add vitamin E tabs to my cream, how many tabs is just right enough 4 an 200ml cream

I later started using milani gold cream wt uv crystal serum and also amos white day n night facial cream

I just realised I have been using steriods as part of my regimen for years and they are the major reasons for the changes in my skin..
If u have any advice on getting my skin thicker and less reactive, please do well to help ouut

Please, what can I use for my skin? It turns red easily on slight provocation and my neck is so darker than my face
