I am a web programmer. I intend to build a bulk sms website. I need a web developer skilled in:
1. HTML/CSS
2. Graphics and design
3. Ajax and Javascript
4. Asp.net controls
Sample of previous jobs done would help also. This job might take 3 weeks and physical presence is needed at least thrice a week.
Pay is negotiable. All SQL and backend code would be done by my team.
