That (Blue House) in Maiduguri, is in Northeast Nigeria, but black people (Nigerians) are not allowed in there. That is where Boko Haram insurgency is being fuelled by foreigners. Governor Babagana Umara Zulum tried to shut down the place, but came under heavy pressure from Military Generals, top politicians & international pressure. The military have arrested Foreigners supplying weapons to Boko Haram insurgents severally, but those news will hardly get to press, because it is usually swept under the carpet after settlements. They do released them.

Boko Haram kept attacking soldiers and innocent Nigerians, burning down villages, and overrunning them. But you will hardly hear, or see Boko Haram insurgents attack UNHCR workers or overrun their base. Even when there is ambush, nothing happens to them. But soldiers are killed.

The activities of United Nations High commission for Refugee (UNHCR) Must be investigated in Nigeria. They kept supplying weapons to Boko Haram insurgents, in exchange for protection, & access to Boko Haram controlled territories. They like it as more Nigerians are being sent into refugee camps. Which is creating more jobs, and bringing better funding for the agency. They pay their staff and aid workers humongous salaries and allowances, and they can do anything to keep their jobs and operations in Nigeria, for as long as the insurgency can go.

For the Nigerian government to tackle Boko Haram insurgency, NGO'S & international aid organizations operating in the Northest must be investigated. That BLUE HOUSE in Maiduguri, should be closed down as soon as possible. These weapons were given to Boko Haram by UNHCR

helinues:
Firstly, several subsidies have been removedmeaning all those wasted money can be injected into the economy which government will get returns in form of taxation

Secondly, the diesel, petrol and food you are talking about are things we shouldn't had been been importing but instead exporting

If Nigeria have a functional refineries we won't be wasting money transporting the unrefined fuel to abroad to be refined.

Which part of food do we import that we can produce? Why should still be importing fish, Turkey, Chicken from abroad when we have the man power to start the production in Nigeria.
