We can no longer shy away from the reality, all the new initiatives of the new government to be implemented would cause some sort of hardship but its going to be temporary before things can be stabilized. It's inevitable, we better be prepared.

If we don't want to be continue borrowing unnecessary, then we need to generate more income internally and also government should cut their unnecessary jamborees.

Even though bitter leaf might taste bitter initially but in the end, na Adun( joy) dey end am.

Subject the poor to hardship that affect majorly those already pauperrized by the wicked Buhari whom the wicked man sponsors to become President to batter a florishing economy in 2015,

What sacrifices are the poor and friends of Tinubu going to make to enable this supposed people oriented decision to succeed

Funny Nigerians, they want to enjoy government facilities yet they are not ready to pay tax

They want stable electricity but na illegal connection dem dey use.

We need to learn the culture of monthly bills in Nigeria, most especially in the housing sector, when you know if you don't pay your bills, your service would be disconnected, you wont have any choice to work your ass off.

Nothing comes cheaper apart from salt. Even in Freetown, no free things

Power generation should have been handed to the states by now or perhaps in the process, it was part of the executive order his Excellency Tinubu signed..

So states don't have any excuse in generating their own electricity most especially states with low population

taxation, the main source of internal money generation, is suppose to be tied to consumption at the point of production and earning for people who render services. What this govt is doing is that they are by-passing production and taxing the people via import duties on basic imports like diesel, petrol and food. It means whether you are employed or not, you pay tax as you long as you move around, eat, communicate or receive healthcare to survive in your state of unemployment. I am not surprised actually. A party that can borrow from dead people forcibly should have no problem taxing the unemployed and children or evwn students. Responsible govts know production is the backbone of economies and is what attends to or plugs the gap lack or poverty creates, so they leave money alone first, even though they printed and circulated it, ramp up production, then try to tax some of the money back into govt coffer at the point of production and earning.
That's why any responsible govt will not watch bandits levy farmers. Agbero tax workers via transporters they extort or militants steal resources.

Toh, sebi na FG taxation una dey make noise about, wait for the states to introduce their own , no be only fuel you go pay extra for if you have a car, state car licence will also increase.

As the price of fuel goes up, other goods and services price would also go up .

These are not doom predictions, the only logical way to make Nigeria what we have all been dreaming of

Firstly, several subsidies have been removed meaning all those wasted money can be injected into the economy which government will get returns in form of taxation

Secondly, the diesel, petrol and food you are talking about are things we shouldn't have been importing but instead exporting.

If Nigeria have a functional refineries, we won't be wasting money transporting the unrefined fuel to abroad to be refined.

Which part of food do we import that we can't produce? Why should we still be importing fish, Turkey, Chicken from abroad when we have the man power to start the production in Nigeria.

Reasonable number of Obi's supporters don't only have little knowledge about politics, una no get clue about governance

Make una relax and see how his Excellency Tinubu would turn things around. Our confidence in him is unshakable.

Meanwhile, we have considered any attempted efforts by the enemies of the nation to saboteur things, a strong message to them, be law abiding citizen or be dealt with severely

subsidy is not and was never a waste. Waste is when you use 120 car convoy or the wife of the assistant commissioner in one mushroom state uses convoy of four cars and security to go fix her nails and get her hair done.
