Greetings, please I your advise on how to book another appointment date when the earlier appointment date has expired.
I keep getting this error message below and I have raised a ticket on it which has been on HOLD for 3 weeks now.

Greetings to everyone, please I need as assistance as I was at the embassy for my interview on Wednesday and I was told that my sevis fee was not reflecting and I was asked to reschedule.
Well the servis fee is now reflecting but I am unable to book another appointment since Thursday to date I keep getting this message on Avits portal.
What should I do?
