POSITION: FIELD EXECUTIVES
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: OND in Estate Management (Industrial Trainee)
SEX: MALE OR FEMALE

Responsibilities
1. Source, identify and generate new clients for properties.
2. Source, identify and generate properties/direct briefs for bulletin
3. Attend/Visit Client sites and effectively deliver our services
4. Assist Clients and Agents through the registration and property upload process
5. Respond to and follow all inquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits
6. Keep up to date with professional and industry sector news
7. Gather information and generate insights on the real estate sector to identify existing or expected gaps to meet the needs of existing or potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. A Knowledge/idea in Property and Client Sourcing
2. Clear and effective communication skills
3. Clear and effective presentation skills
4. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
5. Must have knowledge of the use of the internet, email and MS office, particularly excel and Word
6. Good knowledge of the Real Estate market/industry
7. Good knowledge of Lagos area
8. Must be self-driven, proactive, persistent and results oriented
9. Must gave a good understanding of Social media

Main responsibilities

Greeting customers who enter the shop.
Be involved in stock control and management.
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Keeping the store tidy and clean.
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.

Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

Education and personal skills that are required for the job:

OND, NCE or equivalent
Having a friendly and engaging personality.
Comfortable working with members of the public.
Should have a confident manner.
Must be helpful and polite.
Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day.
You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales i.e. retail
Able to work as part of a sales team.
Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.

Remuneration:
Monthly emolument is between N20k - N30k.
