He wasn't asked to leave a particular amount of money there, he only submitted his working contract.
We are a family of 3

For myself I booked the appointment in February 2019 and got a date in May to come August but my son's appointment was booked in April and the change in the waiting period affected him, so his interview was scheduled for December 2019.
We got approval mail from the home office since March 2020 but due to corona, it expired and it was then again re approved in September

We just got our visas.

Had the same issue but it was sorted. My wife called the foreigners office and the foreigners office contacted the embassy immediately. I will advise you tell your husband to do same.

Thanks a lot for the reply, so when the foreigner's office contacted the embassy what was their response? Have you been called up to bring your passports for visa?

Good day Nairalanders please I want to ask some questions, before the consulate in lagos closed due to Covid19 and documents were returned has anyone gotten an approval mail? And if you have, has the embassy called you to bring your passport? Cause in my own case the approval mail was sent to my husband's lawyer in March after our documents were returned (my son and I) and the lawyer kept mailing them they said they were still closed within the scope of the Covid19 till we got a recent response from them saying the approval mail sent by the foreigner's office is no longer valid and they want to again ask them for approval..
Anyone with such case please?
