There is something i just dont understand about foreigners being caught trafficking drugs or women and given a capital punishment. Instead of this prosecuting countries to spend so much energy in catching traffickers why cant they spend x10 of such energy in educating and orienting their own citizens bc if their citizens dont demand for such, the traffickers wont traffic or smuggle drugs and women there.
