A very clear example of this,is my story.I ve been working with a state public hospital as a casual staff since 2021 till date,with a B.Sc degree,.I am the autoclavologist/potter.up till now,they still pay me 40k.they ve not staff me,they said,people with top political connections easily get that even my job is praised,cherished,n without it,nothing goes on in the theatre.weekends,i do live musical backup for a band owner,who also pays me peanuts..I ve my mum n others to fend for..pls.anyone who can mercifully do something about this my case should pls do..Am in Delta state,Nigeria..I can give out my Facebook name for now..: OVIGHO OVIGHO..you will see the profile picture with a microphone... thanks,God bless

This is a top problem in Nigeria,which needs to be addressed before it disgrace the less priviledged Nigerians more.the relationship between most tenant and their landlords currently is that of slave n lords not buyer n seller.This needs to be addressed by the minister and commissioners of housing.to reduce the frustration..also,agents aspect should be addressed too...

Just wash with soap early morning n night,then apply harsh powder...thats all...everyday,u will see real results...

It depends on the region.here in Nigeria(africa),almost all the parts of oil palm are profitable n useful(broom making,palm oil,soap,kernel pomade-of very high demand for especially babies,etc)
