Have I don't something wrongly or it doesn't work on my Gionee P2?
I downloaded and flash the JellyMixi ROM, it booted and just hanged at the shiny/flashy Android logo. I restored my Gionee P2 CWM recovery backup and now have two boot logos: Walton then Gionee.
By the way, is there anything I can do to remove the Walton logo?

I tried that and iroot showed success but root checker said not rooted.

if you have cwm recovery you can flash a SuperSU zip file(check link scroll upward) then you will be rooted

Na most say u go root ur fone ..... B4 u upgrade to kitkat..... . { rooting of fone is against Gionee policy } and ur warranty will avoid..

a beg make una post how to upgrade without rooting.... Becos I no want make my warranty B avoided

recalibrate your battery and check if problem still persist

go to playstore and search battery caliberator

the first app install it(u must be rooted)

open it and connect your charger (wait till your phone charges till 100%)

then press caliberate

THEN USE YOUR PHONE BATTERY TILL IT SWITCHES OFF COMPLETELY

THEN CHARGE IT "UNINTERRUPTEDLY" TO 100% you will see the difference

I rooted with iroot but it was somehow reversed and now i dont have root access anymore. Also, i could not boot into CWM anymore. That is why i need a rooting method without using CWM. Pls help.....

use the iroot again

that's your super user....

to change to English

go to playstore download SuperSU it has a "#" icon

install it..open it...grant it super user access by pressing the right option when your Chinese su pops up

after that update su binary inside the SuperSU when it prompts


then reboot

you can now uninstall the Chinese app and move your SuperSU to system folder

boss , am still having the problem o after deleting the group chat messages and reboot the phone . problem continued.

uninstall the app and install again

if it asks you to restore messages choose "no"
