is the battery the battery that came with the phone

if not change the battery back to the stock

or the charger too.

if not take it to Carl care

u change imei... if yes ...check the imei well and check the APN(create a new one)

go to system/app and check if there is "messaging.apk" or anything about messaging ....am not on stock ROM so I don't know the particular name

hello. pls help me. my phone refused to download from play store. it kept on saying I had insufficient disk space. I backed up the apps on the device using titanium back up and then I factory reset the phone. The play store got fixed. The phone is rooted. But my problem now that is that I can't access messages. it keeps saying app not installed on phone. please help me n my new p4.

means no messaging.apk in your system partition (system/app)

when your playstore they wacko... bring the problem up here on NL ..not every problem on android can be solved by factory reset

go to system manager app it's pre-installed on your kit kat update, you can use it to restrict any app from accessing your data.

that la traffic restrictions... the main background data stuff go show when you exceed your data

there will be a Chinese supersu on your menu that its icon is a lion wearing a crown.... it's name is in Chinese... which means you're rooted

confirm again with root checker

Pls how do I restrict background data in this KitKat, cos in jealybean one can go to setting- data- options and do it but in KitKat there is nothing like that. Or is there app that can do that.

background data doesn't really show unless you exceed your limit then it will show
