PROF.CHINUA ACHAEBE s,is a big blow to Nigeria,Africa and the world at large.As literary icon posterity ll remember his work=things fall apart the centre cannot hold,Arrow of god, No longer at ease,e.e.t.for good.one of the outstanding qualities of this icon was his love for Nigerian toward economic welfare and egalitarian society for all.That is why he rejected a call for National honour from Federal Govt on three consecutive times in different regimes.we need to emulate this gesture.in his word:i cant associate with Govt that does not have value for his citizen.in the country where people are dying of hunger, high level of unemployment, bribery and corruption on the increase,in security and security threat.e.t.c.the GOVT is happy giving national honour to political accolytes.prof. chinua achebe adiue!!!!!!!!!!!i hope the GOVT of our time would look into your heart beat and desire for this country and change for the better.

actually mr president is playing with the destiny of Nigeria as a country and Nigerian as people.how can you heal wound on the stitches tools in the wound?what kind of legacy are you leaving in this country?fighting against corruption has become a trade by barter affairs.people are wallowing in abject poverty, abysmal level of ignorance,unprecedented level of unemployment,but the administration in the name of transformation agenda is building castle in the air.is it power?youth employment?educational revolution?pls just address only one and leave the rest for another administration.dont allow the future of tomorrow to die in the present

it is a good idea for a northern candidacy for apc,of xtian extraction ll work because 100% of Northern xtian ll vote for the candidate,then with the hope of ss,se,sw.the Northern moslem with the mind set of taking the power back ll prefer to vote for APC rather than PDP by ignoring the issue of religious affiliation.the APC coalition can only work on the oath of united mind,singleness of purpose and definiteness of goal.internal crises must be avoided at all cost,greediness and self aggrandizement must also be avoided.come with re invention of rhetorics that addresses the real plights of the society in a right placement of priority,and a time bound approach on how to solve them.so it is not about individual goal but about the party meeting the need of the society.if a moslem candidate must comes in as president,the possibility of turning it as Northern candidate to implement Northern agendas is there,so APC be careful.the candidate must not be a religious extremist but seen everybody as one.
