We may require your passport and would need to be aware of your current place of residence and any travel plans you may have during this time. You will also require unrestricted access to Canada during this time for assessment and training, as applicable. Citizenship Leaving your country of residence can have significant effects on your citizenship status in that country. It is your responsibility to research the consequences of travelling to Canada during the pre-departure process if you are living outside of Canada and of leaving your country of residence for a placement with the immigration authority where you live. By applying to this placement, you accept full responsibility for any consequences related to your citizenship, residency and immigration status or penalties as a result of travel to an assessment day, training course, international placement or other Cuso International related travel. You must check the implications that apply to you, but examples include: • Canadian permanent residents may need to make arrangements with immigration authorities before travelling. These arrangements allow them to travel without risk to their status in Canada. Without them, residency status may be withdrawn. • Citizens of other countries, including those visiting Canada on a visa, may have travel restrictions.

*BENEFITS OF EATING HONEY EVERY DAY* *Weight loss* Honey boosts your metabolism, which is essential for weight loss. *Clearer skin* Honey is an excellent antioxidant, which means its regular consumption will cleanse your body of various toxins. *Lowered cholesterol level* Honey has no cholesterol at all. Quite the contrary: its constituent components and vitamins contribute to decreasing levels of cholesterol. *Stronger heart* Research shows that the antioxidants contained in honey can prevent arteries from narrowing. Narrowing of the arteries may lead to cardiac failure, stroke, memory deterioration, or headaches. *Improved memory* Other research demonstrates the ability of honey to fight stress, restore the cellular antioxidant defense system, and as a consequence, improve memory. Besides, the calcium contained in honey is easily ingested by the brain, which has a beneficial effect on its functioning. *Promotes quality sleep* The sugar contained in honey increases the level of insulin in the blood, which then releases serotonin. Serotonin is further transformed into melatonin, a hormone that promotes quality sleep. *Cleanses the digestive tract* Honey is a strong antiseptic, so it’s recommended to eat a spoonful of honey on an empty stomach. This simple ritual helps to prevent various diseases associated with the digestive tract. Besides, while passing through the stomach, honey destroys germs and heals small wounds in the mucous membrane. *Soothes the nerves, alleviating numerous psychological disorders* Honey helps to soothe the nerves and relieve fatigue and other psychological disorders.
