hi tipsy, i saw ur post and i was kind of relieved. my application for study permit has been with the canadian high commission in lagos but no decision has yet been taken. i submitted 7th april 2011, i only got a mail once that once they take a decsion i will be contacted. my program begins by 1st september 2011. please advice me on what to do.
