Good heart, great intentions.
You'll be surprised at the number of cases like that. Two things:
- There's this book - Queen Primer. It would help.
- Keep your teaching as open as possible. Staff room would do. Discourage any other contacts lest your good be evil spoken of.
You're about to reduce the illiteracy statistic by one.

Family / Re: How Do I Curtail My Twin Girl Aggression by systacee: 9:26pm On Nov 30, 2014
samyan12:
I have 10 month old twin girls, and my Taiye bullies her sis like this too.she always takes her toys, scratches her face, pulls her hair.kenny is gentle, so she cries all the time, only lashing out back occasionally. They are too young for me to discipline i think.I am also at a loss to what to do.

Too young for you to discipline? I don't think so. It's not too early to express your displeasure at any bad behaviour. Scold, frown, brandish a cane and promise to use it next time - just don't let it pass. Keep correcting. With time, device measures appropriate for their age. Always let them know certain behaviours are ' no - no'. Parenting? Lord have mercy!

Family / Re: Parents Be Warned! by systacee: 3:36pm On Nov 27, 2014
The right thing here is to call the parents' attention to the situation. She may not be the only one and you could just be the one to put an end to a child's trauma and save other children from such.

Thanks I really appreciate. You are free to send the link to friends and loved ones. What you should not do is copy the story and paste anywhere without my permission. Thanks once again.

Be rest assured - I can only think of sharing the link. Meanwhile, I'm seriously following 'It Will Come To You' . More inspiration to you.

Just read this - start to finish. You, my dear writer are truly a blessing. Simply thinking of those to share this story with. May God who gave the inspiration use it to spare many the consequences of wrong choices. God bless you.
Literature / Re: You Think You Know Teachers? by systacee: 10:31pm On Oct 05, 2014
You can say that again - they truly don't know. If only they did. If only the 'hirelings' were not ruining the future of education with their malpractrices. If only well meaning teachers did not have to teach 'on credit' in many of our states. If only the poor remuneration was not making the profession what it sadly is today. If only ...
I maintain however, you can only truly teach if you know enough.
