Good morning to everybody here on nairaland.
I must confess have not been myself lately.I come on nairaland to ease the tension but it seems i am almost at peak of fustration caused by the almighty anticipated list.

News reaching me lately is that the VC of unilorin ambali ,was invited to a programme on harmonyFM. However,what amused me was the fact that he promised the list will be out before ending of next week,and i was like ''is this for real''

This was however an eye-opener for me,it made me realise this people have little or no feelings for us.no offence,i know they might be having some difficulties, but not withstanding,they should be man enough to come out and tell us the truth eye-eye rather than giving us some cock and bull story in smallvielle and keeping us in a wait unknown to us what our fate will be.

just rescently,a post went viral,declaring that the registrar of the school stated on a radio station that all the obstacles stopping the list from been released has been cleared,and that it would be out this week,xo why the delay,how come the Vc saying somethingelse.

The vc lied to usman dad,lied to all worried aspirant,now this again,well as 4 me i dont know who to believe again.

Just had to had to pour out my mind o,we are only humans na,exam starts by feb,how in the world do they expect to catch up 100percent.

Am not myself this days,just trying every now and then to get a hold of myself.

This is to all those us*le** pple ,who has no s*nse and go arround posting false info and putting pples hope high... All i just av to say to those pple is ''una never know anything''

My believe is quite simple and real... Unilorin has a 2nd list,that is certain,but you would agree with me that they weren't sincere with the total number of student admitted in the 1st List,because the truth is they admitted more than 50percent ( playing safe ), if not, why do you think they started lectures without the 2nd batchers.


However, trust me,no mercy will be shown when we eventually resume o(2nd batchers).

Have you ever thought of it? From payment of accept,to clearance,to another payment,to reg,to lectures,assignment,catching up.
Lol...trust me, you would sieze to be a normal human being as soon as that alert comes in (just saying).


Not releasing the List to Uniilorin is equivalent to losing Millions oo. When you get admitted and they get what they want(money), you are OYO ,its you and your God ,its you and your book.

As concerning the most anticipated list,the last i heard was that a meeting was held at the school in which the 2nddd listers were discussed. As pertain their conclusion,i dont know ,as at yesterday the SUG were @ the comsit in peacefull protest (b4 nko,who 1 face tanke,lol) to find out what as been delaying the list. after all the talking sha,still same old story of very soon,the only diff was that now they added 1 more 'very' meaning very very soon.

UNILORIN BROKE HER SILENCE
The 2nd provisional admission list of
University of Ilorin will be released
unfailingly before the end of this week. This
was said on radio this morning while the Vc
also apologised for the delay of the list and that the students will catch up.

Good morning to all nairalanders on this thread. I have been doing some observation lately on the thread and thought it unfair if i didnt post my opinion about the whole 2nd list thing that has been going viral on fb,whatsapp groups and even on this thread.
Firstly,we have all awaited for so long and during the awaital,we have heard all sort and believed all sort,ranging from reliable source to comfirm source to my friend daddy brother sister down to calculated source which rescently has also failed.
My point is that the fact that they updated a post ending it with admission officer does not necessary mean it was composed by him/her,althou the post doesnt seem authentic enough cause if it was it would have been on the school site but at the same time it could be someone who got this info from the admission officer,then decided to compose it and then post it.
Any which ways,the good thing is they shifted reg date till next week tuesday because the list wasnt out last week,so normally the list is to be expected this week.so if today goes without our names released despite the great anticipation from aspirants ,tommorow is definately another CERTAIN day to expect our names.
I use to think arsenal fans were the most patient people on earth but this unilorin awaital and test proved me wrong o.
''what wouldn't kill us will only make us stronger'' waiting today and tommorow wouldn't kill,afterall uVe no choice,u cannot sha kill yoursef..lol

This message is to inform you i am alive and healthy o.
With the look of things i guess you guys need some update and analysis,and i neva type without having something to say.

Latest info reaching me is that the calender has been re-amended,the late reg 4 freshers has now been shifted from wed 11th to the 17th of nov which is Next Week Tuesday.
however,its no news that freshers has started lectures partially.
Now what seems to baffle is this,since you are are giving us 2weeks 4 reg and the list isn't out today,how do they expect us to pay 4 acceptance fee,wait for clearance(only God know long that will take,minimum1week) and then start reg within just 2weeks,pls ooo,how is that possible.

Anyways we can all answers to that later though,let see our names first.
Atleast if the List comes out today,we can start payment acceptance fee 2mao for ease of reg and time management.


If any1 told they will re-ammend,i wouldnt believe o,but Yes they have,only God knows what going on inside the school.
The list which contain our names is closer than ever,just keep praying and preparing o.

Hi guys,how have you all been,hope your day went well? Well i have something to share with you guys.
I had a conversation with a friend of mine who was once a student of unilorin,once a student not meaning that he graduated but once a student meaning he didn't make up to 1.5cpga and was rusticated.
This person as i speak is doing an IJMB with the intention to futher in the same Unilorin ,200L.
This friend as you might be thinking isnt an unserious person,infact he is a serious fellow who doesnt joke with studies. It still a thing of shock even as @ now,a dream that he can't wait to wake up from.
I only have a reason for posting this,i wish all newly admitted and aspirant soon to be considered congratulation.
However,i am passing this as a point of warning to change your mindset about school,dont let the over hyped school get into your head.immediately you get settled,face your book squarely.
Stalite of the school often say,you aren't a student until you get to 200L.
Above all,hard work can't do it alone,consistency in place of prayer,if you prayed hard to gain admission and you did and then relent in that same prayer,that might not be such a good decision o.
Please let continue to pray harder.

Yea, I don't eat kilishi. I remember one
certain time like dat I stayed in Ikoyi for a
year, when I was about to travel to the north
my neighbour told me to bring kilishi for her
when coming back, so I deliberately refused
to buy it until I arrived home, drop my luggage and went out. On my way coming
back I branched to Obalende and package
1500 naira kilishi ( it was around 2008 / 09).
You need to see how this woman appreciate
that kilishi. The next day she entered our
house, profound appreciation writen all over her and was saying that the kilishi was of
high quality not like the ones found in Lagos, I
just laughed in chinese in my mind. She
thought I held it all the way from the north.
