1.impersonatiom - by text message allegedly sent by a trusted member ; claiming a Monika/username that belongs to the trusted peeps. Etc

2. Creating awareness of being scammed and ask you to send first cos they have been recently scammed

3. Ask you to send in bits

4. Claiming to be a Holy person e.g pastor, born again, alfa etc

5. Creating plenty threads and ask you to send first cos their thread entered front page, so you must trust them cos they won't wanna ruin their reputation. Omo na lie. Topics on front page does not mean anything

6. Recent monikers e.g 2017 usernames

7. Contributing positively to discussions especially those related to scam so as to lure their victim into believing them

8. Offering outrageous/mouth watery rate for your products

For George's account, he received paypal last year amongst many others he has been received and his account was limited

I dont even have that history cos my whatsapp memory wiped late last year
After his account was limited, paypal held the money for their normal 180 days and when it was ready to be withdrawn, he told me that paypal refunded the money to the senders account.
How now?
After 180 days hold?
I asked him for the email they sent to that effect and he said that they sent nothing

How is that possible?

Abeg if you have experienced that before,
Then Please speak educate us on how that's possible

1. I didn't block Bolayei paypal account
The time I made a paypal payment to Bolayei, it was actually a withdrawal made from namecheap.com

It was made and he denied seeing it in his account.
We messaged namecheap a couple of times telling them that it has not been seen in the account and after sending us a couple of proof from paypal as attached, the company asked paypal to reverse it back to them since its not reflecting in Bolayeis account

After many days of requesting screenshots grom Bolayei, he sent it and I showed him the payment that was quietly sitting there

I have an PayPal transaction issue with @Meetmal003. I paid for $1600 in naira at the rate of #430 to $1 as at November 2016 to her account. She sent me the equivalent in naira through some vendor I don't know and immediately my account was flagged and restricted by PayPal and I couldn't withdraw the money. I was told to wait for 6 months which I did but eventually, for PayPal to refund the money saying that transaction was too risky for some undisclosed reasons and I have to contact the sender to get my money. Now, Meetmal003 is telling me she can't contact the person because she has lost the contact. It's over 3 weeks now and I don't see any progress towards getting my money back. Please ; I need help from you all to call her to question in order to get back my money.
