the truth is, people of little or no interest have flooded the scheme, no thanks to over ambitious guider and referrer. Imagine forcefully registering a person or providing low information before registering the person. When times comes to give the money pledged , the person might refused and show no interest again. Either the account is lock or not, the person hasn't make any loss which makes him or her not to bother. Many of this kind of instances are liable to happen more often maybe for a while before it comes back to it Normal way.

I try to do what the screen dialog says but can't find the said settings on Q10... I think the browser identifcation is only found on BlackBerry with os 7 like bold 5 4 and so on...
