Apart from IBB, the other administration that destroyed the very fabric of the nation's economy and the little infrastructure was OBJ' s. This unfortunate funeral was midwifed by the duo of ATIKU and El Rufai, national Council on Privatisation and it's undertaker, BPE.

I expect to see scores being awarded to the likes of EFCC, Police and some other major agencies of Government as regards their procurement compliance, and discipline of corrupt officials amongst others.
