Being a member of EFCC Governing Board as the secretary for six years does not confer on him or qualify him as a personnel of the commission. Even as a Chief of Staff, which is more political in nature.

The Senate should ask when he was recruited as a staff of the commission and the number of cases he has handled since being a member of that agency.
