PoliticsRe: Why Abia State Government Sealed And Unsealed The Renewed Hope Office In Umuahia by Taich(m): 7:34am On Nov 26, 2025
Apc and back door access to Abia state, A grand plan for total state capture. When FG approached Supreme Court for full local government autonomy, people of good will applauded because it was the right thing to do. But just like the devil that doesn’t give a good gift. Apc weaponised the Supreme Court judgement to force Governors to decamp to Apc, from Osun, Kebbi, Pleateau, Enugu, the story is the same and that’s what they are trying to do in Abia State.

Today on the news, the same federal government that took away subsidy in 2023, paid 7 trillion naira in subsidy in 2024. If you are still in support of this government after all these things that are happening, you need to check your fundamentals.

All these guys gasping from their mouth. Nigerians are not ready for truth. The El rufai and Tinubu’s of 2014 are still same persons. Bring out the Boko haram that you have changed their name to bandits and let them face justice. But I know that will be a crime against Allah according to most northern Muslims.

PoliticsRe: If Anything Happens To You, Your Family Will Suffer- Army To Police (video) by Taich(m): 10:58pm On Nov 11, 2025
That statement is more of a fact in Nigeria and should be taken seriously by any man. Some countries have life insurance, I don’t know how effective it is in Nigeria, you can be paying 10k monthly, if you die, your family gets like 10m lump sum to cover for bills.

Most of your comments don't make sense until you check what triggered the collapse and discover it was a landslide which is a natural disaster. Which means a shift in base soil and will pull the strongest structures down......
The whole front comments didn’t read the article, it was only you that actually did, and rightfully stated what triggered the collapse. The devil is always in the details, keep doing good.

Oga leave sentiments alone, nobody prevent America from helping us to wipe out bandits and terrorist but saying it’s Christian genocide that’s where Muslim and others people don’t want to hear , we all know that we have insecurity in Nigeria most especially North East, Middle belt and South East, try to understand if he wanted to help us to attack insecurity all Nigerian will welcome him but lying about genocide that can’t work , all these bandits and terrorist didn’t want you wether you are Christian or Muslim , they burn and kill anyone on their way

PoliticsRe: BBC Picks Holes In Data Trump Relied On To Blacklist Nigeria by Taich(m): 9:10pm On Nov 06, 2025
With all the killings since 2015, we still have people denying the obvious, Benue and Plateau state news most times are censored by Nigerian main stream media but thank God for social media, villages are sacked and displaced, We have IDP camp in Nigeria and one is less then 10miles from ASO Rock, these are people displaced from the homes not from natural disaster but by insecurity. How long can Nigerians continue to leave in denial? We have over 1million people today living in various IDP camps in Nigeria today.

When we are tired of playing ostrich we will progress as a nation. the problem is when you wake up, your neighbour that has been awake since all these nonsense started with the emergence of Buhari may want to sleep, ask Papa Ned young wife, No one including the President will escape the rot of this system

The improvement in fuel supply and export means that the naira will continue to gain more strength 💪.
I see the naira settling at the rate of N1250 to thev$ before year end.
This position is not true, over 90% of cost of producing fuel is still dollar denominated, until we start local production of those service, Naira will continue to struggle.

PoliticsRe: I’m The ‘most Important Politician’ From South-east, Not Peter Obi — Orji Kalu by Taich(m):
This is the problem with Apc and the east. The Apc has a way of attracting the worst of characters from the East. Imagine a former Governor that was duly jailed for using state money to import Okirika or his own personal business. OUK was released because the trial judge was promoted and should have resumed in his new assignment.

OUK you are a huge part of the problem.
EducationRe: 5 Engaging Ways To Make Learning English Fun And Effective by Taich(m): 9:14pm On Oct 03, 2025
selectweiber:
English is a fundamental subject that plays a crucial role in both education and career advancement. However, many students struggle to connect with it because they find traditional learning methods dull. To spark interest and motivation, educators need creative strategies that make English learning enjoyable and interactive. Here are five powerful ways to transform English lessons into an engaging experience.
1. Integrate Technology and Interactive Elements
While some may argue that technology competes with traditional literature, when used wisely, it enhances the learning experience. Digital tools such as quizzes, polls, word clouds, and gamified activities can make lessons more interactive.
A simple way to integrate technology is by using iPads or online platforms to create customized quizzes featuring students' names. Personalized content makes students more invested in the learning process. Additionally, consider incorporating role-play activities where students act out scenes in English, boosting confidence and communication skills. Record the performances, review them, and provide constructive feedback to improve pronunciation and fluency.
2. Make Lessons Relevant to Students' Lives
Connecting English lessons to real-life situations helps bridge the gap between theory and practical application. One engaging approach is to organize a theater activity where students adapt a book into a play. If directing a play seems daunting, invite a local theater group to host an interactive book discussion.
Encourage students to write fiction or nonfiction pieces about topics they care about. You can also introduce everyday conversations with a focus on positive vocabulary. For example, challenge students to use a list of positive words starting with "A" to describe their day, fostering both language skills and optimism.
3. Add a Touch of Mystery
Who doesn’t love a good mystery? Turning English lessons into an adventure by incorporating detective-style activities can make grammar and vocabulary lessons exciting. Create an engaging mystery challenge where students analyze clues, solve puzzles, and uncover hidden messages—all while improving their reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
If time constraints make it difficult to design a mystery game, consider hiring an educational workshop company to organize the event. These workshops can creatively blend history and English, making both subjects more immersive and enjoyable.
4. Take Learning Outside the Classroom
Outdoor learning has gained popularity in recent years, and for a good reason—it fosters creativity and enhances engagement. Take your students beyond the four walls of a classroom and into nature or the urban landscape for unique English-learning experiences.
For instance, explore street murals and use them as inspiration for a descriptive writing exercise. Have students create poetry on the spot or record audio narratives that they can later transcribe and refine. If you have access to a forest, encourage students to craft fiction or nonfiction stories based on their surroundings. Observing nature, listening to sounds, and experiencing the changing seasons can fuel creativity in storytelling.
5. Gamify the Learning Process
Game-based learning is a tried-and-true method for making English lessons fun. Encourage students to design their own language-based games, whether from scratch or by adapting existing board or online games.
Another effective approach is hosting a "Game Day," featuring spelling challenges, creative writing contests, and conversational role-playing games. Many free resources online offer interactive English lesson games that can make grammar, vocabulary, and writing more engaging.
Final Thoughts
Learning English doesn’t have to be tedious. By incorporating technology, making lessons relevant, adding an element of mystery, exploring outdoor learning, and leveraging game-based activities, educators can turn English classes into exciting and immersive experiences. Engaging students in these creative ways not only improves language skills but also fosters a lifelong love for learning.
Ready to transform your English lessons? Try these methods today and see the difference!
Nice piece, do you teach English? If yes I may have a side gig for you.

Lolz, these NLC guys need to get a consultant, you can’t be outplayed every single time. We were here when the vuvuzeala’s of 70k started and we warned that was like treating the symptoms while ignoring the casual factors. We are back here again, the wages are not the problem but rather what the wages can do. My first allowance at NYSC was 9K but that was a lot compared to present 70k. NLC leadership should get an economic consultant asap or keep running in circles.
