When you provide good road, electricity, security and stable economy. Everyone will feel the impact, and when elections are reasonably transparent the people will have trust in the system. All those can be achieved within 3 years. Like I said earlier, is only a foolish son will look at Nigeria and propose 16 year term. A Government of 4 years is almost like a god.
