" Genesis 1:27-28. Man was given authority to subjugate creation. He was given the authority to reign over creation as king and leader. It is of a surety that flaws and successes rest solely on a leader's shoulders and there is always a ripple effect of a leader's action even on the littlest of those he leads. The fall of Adam and Eve has a ripple effect on all creation hence the suffering creation is subjected to. "For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, NOT WILLINGLY, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;...For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now" Romans 8:19-22.
