Did they even get 5000 fans? read what I wrote and stop making a fool outtakes your self |
Sports › Re: Official NPFL Thread. (nigerian Professional Football League) by taiocol: 10:19pm On Jun 11, 2015 |
Wolves gate 200 X 500 spectators =100k. If Wolves throw gates open and gets an average of 5000 spectators. There will be getting 500k from LMC, and if average of 1000 buys the team replica jersey for 1000=1 million from Jersey sales 1 million + 500,000 =1.5 million 1.5 million- 100k =1.4 million. Now that's lot of money from a match day. I bet there won't get up to that amount from tickets sales for the whole of the season..
Sometimes just think out off the bus |

uduokirika1: Taiocol please stop justifying mediocrity, Warri wolves give or take is amongst Nigeria's elite clubs yet no passionate fans to show for it. Currently in NPFL it is an open secret that Enyimba and Kano pillars have the largest fan base but what is more alarming is that newly promoted clubs like Gabros, Wikki, 3sc and Kwara united still parade more fan base than your so called Almigthy Continental bound Warri wolves!! Isn't that worrisome to you? I don't know much about wikki but 3sc and kwara United have been there before wolves came in. Passionate or no passionate fans you guys should start being truthful about your arguments. Fact is wolves and Enyimba threw their gates open for fans. But you guys are only bating an eye for Wolves. |

Ajibel: Taiocol, stop the misinformation. The time Enyimba threw their gates open was because one of the political candidate requested that it should be done and he PAID the ticket fee of ALL those who came. Enyimba unlike Wolves, don't throw gates open in other to attract fans. Even common Enyimba training session, there are more fans coming than when Wolves are playing a competitive game Don't forget that it was also the deputy Governor of Delta state that requested the ticket be free? Okay your champions League game that your tickets were made free was it the same politician doing. Even if there were paid for by your governor it's still a free pass for the fans and Enyimba have not seen same crowd this season w |

Same people shouting that wolves made a free pass for fans should know that during Port Harcourt derby every season there is a free pass yet stadium is always empty.
Uduokirika1 do you remember Enyimba made a free pass for fans during there time in the Caf champions League? Enyimba Vs FC smhoua |

honeric01: We can then conclude from your 'analysis' that Warri wolves is in the same level with unicem rovers lol.. keep digging yourself deep down with your reasoning lolz
tell us when these clubs you mentioned did that lolz and if its a one off thing or struggles to have 500 fans around to watch their games like Warri wolves lolz Enyimba FC club have thrown the Aba International stadium gate open to fans for Sunday's 2014/2015 Glo Nigeria Premier League match day one fixture against Akwa United. The club hairman Felix Anyansi in a chat with .com confirmed the gesture by the club, noting that it was part of the club's move towards fans to turn up for games and show their support to the team and also to reward fans who have stood by the club over the years. http://.com/news/1340/enyimba-vs-akwa-unitedaba-fans-get-free-stadium-pass |

honeric01: So why compare apple with oranges?
Kano pillars was away in calabar and their host threw the gates opened not kano pillars.
Warri wolves was home and threw Gates opened just to beg fans to come watch lol
una no get real fans, take it or leave it.
Enyimba, Kano pillars and a few of others don't need to beg fans to come watch them. if you beg people to come watch your games, then you have no fan! Nwokem go and sit down with this motor Park analysis. Unicem Rovers threw their gates open and no bates an Eye, and when wolves do the same there become Apples besides Enyimba, Heartland done the same this season and you didn't bate an Eye. Besides there should throw the gate open against you guys and we can pocket 350k |

uduokirika1: Dr Uduaghan who is visiting the team for the first time in eight years declared to the surprise of the players that he has fulfilled the financial obligations to the team for last season and wondered why they are still complaining.
As for this season, the budget was passed late but we shall go and get money to pay next week. You did not win any trophy for me even though I promised you cars. I would have loved to have a trophy to show for what I did for you." The Governor said.
Speaking earlier, the Captain of the team, Azubuike Egwuekwe, told the Governor that they are ready to play but have some financial challenges and assured the Governor of victory inSaturday's match.

uduokirika1: You seem not to get my position. I meant Warri wolves should have brought out new Ideas on how to lure fans to stadium. Here in Nnewi, every home matches are announced continously 3days prior the match day by public mobile megaphones that go round the cities and on sundays after church service you will be shocked to see posters around the church notice boards or premises reminding fans of the days event.
Throwing your gates open will make fans attach less value to the club, 'cos anything acquired freely is less valued.
Warri wolves should improve on their image and boost fans relationship. Everyone with there different ideology. Same way you Feel something is wrong about opening gates for free same way think I dropping fliers and use of megaphone are outdated. Fliers littering the city makes sense it unclean and am sure you guys don't have a police warrant for the fliers and disturbance you are causing the entire neighborhood. You still not making sense oboe opening of gates attach less importance to the team. |

uduokirika1: Imagine throwing ur gates open for a continental match!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even the friendly match played last sunday by Gabros was Ticketed and people still trooped to watch. I just pity warri wolves Every one with his own policy. For a team like Warri hardly get 500 hundred in stadium to watch the team play. The best wolves can do is to throw the get open to the fans and get money back from sells of replica jersey, caps, bracelets and other team kits. The money that will be gotten will cover 500 times the money club like wolves will ever get from sells of gate tickets |
