Ielts is around 38k for now but without a passport, u can't even register online, so go and get ur passport ist of all as that is d ist step in travelling out. Going by what you said, I checked the entire list and observe the lowest score was 61.18. its not just fair. ..the cutoff should have been 60

60 no b beans ooooo! Try check the scores of those given admission to see if there is any single person that got 60 and admitted. If there is, you can go to your department to explain the situation (I read about that some where), but if there is no 60 among them, then you will know the cut off is higher than 60 (I heard the list would be released twice-not sure, so hope for the best). peace.

a friend had 62.5 same dept and he was recommended

I had 60 n was initially recommended only for me not to see my name on the list for systems engineering
. I checked my portal again and I saw not recommended. ..who can help
