AmakaOne: Egusi is the  the best !!

soul food, comfort food,

hmmm. here's a question, I was wondering if it's possible for egusi - the white stuff - to taste good without cooking it using palm oil/spinach....are there any alternative ways for cooking egusi?

Eat it once in a while.

Not healthy.

.....mmmmmmmmhmmm yummy egusi!! i just love palm oil tho - such a delicacy - egusi soup - combines all the good stuff.
