let's talk about building career as a graduate or NYSC corps member. After all the stress and burning midnight candle, companies will tell you entry level job with 2 years experience is what they seek, some even say 3 years. you wonder which kind wahala be this. i sometimes feel like i should meet the HR and confront them say wetin happen, you will copy and paste JD and be giving applicants headache. i wonder if there's going to be any standard to education to meet the demands of the job market. Well, not anytime soon. I feel like sharing, like guyz, starting training for your skills since undergrad level. find internships, even if they won't pay. just do, learn, there are virtual internships out there and projects you can work on and put on your cv in a presentable way. to be honest, everyone learn on the job, so nothing like you don perfect, now is the time to get the job..i no say u don pass the level of starting from undergraduate level, there are massive upskilling programs going on where you can learn skills for free. let me share some of them with you.

Camanda gradskill program (camanda.academy/gradskill) . this is an ongoing training for data analytics but you can join waitlist for other career like software development with camanda.academy/gradskill_register . deadline na january 10, 2025. they are running the program career by career as people plenty and it's like scholarship. These guyz make you register and learn for free, you have a learning environment where you get access to all the learning resources you need. them be like udemy or datacamp but better. you fit check their website, camanda.academy
