If I can answer this. Whatever trial man faces fall in two categories. Test and punishment. If a man serve God how he knows best and becomes rich or poor or sick. He is being tested either way. A man of God will embrace both as same.

On the other side, if he refuses to serve God, he may become rich or poor, which to him is a punishment although poverty may make him change his ways.

So Abraham has seen God according to that scripture, and here there's another one that says the opposite.

Things like this is the reason why I can afford to disregard the Christianity that I was indoctrinated into as a child who couldn't reason.

Proving the existence of God is easy for one who can think. In my room I see man made creations; pen, TV, table etc. Can these item be in the room without me? Likewise can I have access to them without the manufacturer? Man creativity is an attribute drivable from God. Unlike God, man can't create from nothing and can't give or take life.

So who create God? Wrong question! The word create means to cause something new to exist. God is ever existing he cannot be created. He is not a matter, which makes it difficult for us to comprehend. he's aware of all things, he is everywhere . The likeness of man and his creations is greater than sun and sun rays or sea and its waves.

Of God creations man is considered highest, even higher than the Angels. This is in accordance with the Holy Quran. This is because Angel obey what ever God commands, no other choice . Where man on the other hand have the ability to obey and disobey. Hence, his obedience can make him high and disobedience make him as low as dog.

If any man thinks dog is equal to man, let him make dog hi spouse, make dog chief executive of his company and see for itself the result.

To answer your question, marry the non Muslim and embrace Allah's anger in this life and hereafter. This is because the only religion recognized by Allah is Islam.
Or marry the Muslim and embrace Allah's mercy this life and the next.

It is also worthy of note that not marrying the Muslim brother because of his state of polygamy can be seen as disbelief. Dear sister I may seem hash, but it is AL Islam, meaning total submission to the will of Allah .
