I can understand that you are a JJC and you're yet to join the team of unhappy clients. What you have now is not a Bill of Lading (BoL) but a Dock Receipt that will still be amended severally with different names of ships/carrier vessels before you get your delivery - a lesson i learnt from Auction Export.
I'm just here to let people know what they're getting into because Nairaland land seem to be making money from adverts from AuctionExport and less concerned about the plight of users of their site that are having a bitter experience with them. Kindly talk to some Nairaland approved clearing agents and let them give you contact number of people who have had dealings with AuctionExport in the past.
They will never apologise nor come out to tell you what they are doing to improve their service - an appalling customer service from a Canadian based company .
