When u say unstable what exactly do u mean, because it can mean a whole lot.
However, I don't think u should be rushing into change of LNB so soon without properly identifying the culprit first because u may end up disappointed after spending much to change LNBs.
Take ur time to sort out what makes ur signal on 13E unstable first. Is it so in other receivable satellites or fringe satellites? If so, have u checked for rigidity, loose bolts around the pole, tripods, neck, and even the lnb holder?

Yes, it is revivable. However, some questions will arise querying whether is it worth the stress in quote.

2. Your location
3. Your general desires in channels you wish to receive.

I agree. I may only one of the few who is praying for cost of NEPA to go up so more people see the light and invest in solar ( not as a replacement of generator but something which makes commercial sense)
