RESPONSIBILITY
. Ensuring that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed

• Reviewing guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them

• Coordinating and supervising the activities of the house keeping operations, ensuring that the house keepers keeps to standard.

• Ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience at the hotel through regular contact with customers

• Overseeing the financial operations of the hotel such as revenue management and labor costs

• Assigning rooms to guests based on availability or preferences as indicated in reservations

• Supervising the activities of employees on the front desk and answering any questions they may have regarding hotel policies or services provided


• Ensuring that all guests are safe and secure while staying at the hotel

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.

Education: Hotel supervisors are typically required to have at least a high national diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field. Relevant coursework includes hospitality management, accounting, business administration, marketing and sales.


3 years minimum experience is required.

Monthly pay N80,000

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Inspecting financial statements to catch errors, misstatements and fraud
2. Performing audits on systems, operations and accounts
3. Reporting audit findings and recommending improvements
4. Plan effective auditing processes
5. Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
6. Inspect internal systems and controls
7. Assess risk management tactics
8. Perform audits of non-financial areas, like Health & Safety and IT
9. Report systematic errors or fraud indicators
9. Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
10. Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.
11. Prepare tax books for filing.


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
1. Proven experience as an Accountant/Auditor

4. Knowledge of auditing practices and relevant regulations

6. Familiar with accounting software

RESPONSIBILITY

Hotel housekeeper is responsible for ensuring rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean everyday.
A hotel housekeeping job description usually entails making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and ensuring new toiletries provided by the hotel are placed at appropriate places.
The housekeeper is particularly expected to carry out a series of cleaning functions when a guest leaves the hotel, such as changing bed sheets and polishing the furniture to keep them looking good for the use of another guest.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS.[size=8pt][/size]

Carry out floor care duties in hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets
Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them
Provide immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problem.
