Job description. Car Lot Manager (or Lot Operations Manager) is responsible for the daily operations, organization, and visual appeal of a vehicle dealership's inventory. Key duties include maintaining lot cleanliness, managing inventory movement, inspecting vehicle conditions, and preparing vehicles for display or delivery. They supervise lot personnel, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed to maximize sales. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Merchandising: Organizing vehicles in designated spots, ensuring they are clean, and keeping the lot, showroom, and inventory in excellent condition. Logistics & Maintenance: Moving vehicles for transport, servicing, or detailing, and managing keys and lot security. Quality Control: Inspecting inventory for damage, checking tires, and ensuring vehicles are "showroom ready". Staff Supervision: Scheduling and managing lot attendants or coordinators. Vehicle Preparation: Assisting with the final preparation of vehicles for customer delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications Driver's License: A valid driver's license, often with the ability to drive both automatic and standard (manual) transmissions. Organizational Skills: High attention to detail for tracking, moving, and organizing a large volume of vehicles. Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors, walk the lot, and stand for long periods. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain high standards. Villa Palazzo Hotel Ikeja requires the services of Hotel maintenance officer that is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our hotel property, including routine upkeep, responding to emergency repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the functionality and appearance of all facilities, while adhering to safety regulations and collaborating with other departments to maintain a smooth guest experience; key duties include basic electrical repairs, plumbing issues, painting, and managing work orders to track maintenance activities. Key responsibilities: Preventative maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain all hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment to prevent issues and extend lifespan. Emergency repairs: Promptly respond to urgent maintenance requests like leaks, power outages, broken appliances, and other critical issues. Basic repairs: Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, patching walls, and adjusting door hardware. General upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including painting, floor care, and minor cosmetic repairs. Work order management: Document all maintenance requests, track progress, and prioritize repairs using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations by performing inspections, identifying potential hazards, and maintaining proper safety equipment. Collaboration with other departments: Work with housekeeping, front desk, and other staff to address maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs. Minor carpentry and landscaping tasks: Depending on the property, may include basic carpentry work and groundskeeping duties. Required skills: Technical knowledge: Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills Problem-solving abilities: Ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and find solutions to maintenance problems Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to inspections and repairs to ensure quality work Physical stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Communication skills: Effective communication with guests, staff, and management to address maintenance concerns Qualification Requirements OND,ND,BSC Degree or its equivalent.
