Download x-plore from playstore after installation, open it and press the option key, after that u go to configuration and enter root access(your phone must be rooted) scroll to the last option which is superuser +mount writable. After that u save and go back. In that same x-plore u will see sd card., sd card 1 and root. GO to root, located data scroll down again to data den look for the file that is refusing to install when u download from playstore. Delete the file and go back to playstore to download. It will install once. Note:the file u will delete will be in forms of com. android.
