I also would say that a grad cert is not inferior to a graduate diploma or a masters degree. A lot of colleges will exempt you if your transcript shows that your undergrad was delivered in english. Check the requirements on the school’s website to know for sure and work with it. Some programs may also accept Duolingo english test which is cheaper, faster and easier compared to ielts. If you’re applying for fall semester, you need to apply asap.
