Please help! The Window Help of the window 7 on my computer is not working. The help menu of all softwares that I installed on my computer always redirect me to connect to the online help. However, the help menu worked well on Window XP. Please what should I do to resolve the problem and activate the window help of the Window 7 on my computer.

Good day to everyone. Pls I need solution to the problem of Window Media Player on my computer. The computer is brand new with Window 7 operating system. The Window Media Player has not worked since the computer has been bought. Every time I click on it, it usually display :" Server Execution Failed". Please what should I do to resolve the problem? Pls how do I install Window XP on my laptop in addition to the existing Window 7 ultimate. I have tried installing through the disk by normal installation process but it was not not booting from the Window XP Disk despite the fact that I have set the boot order.
