Like stelaar said, it's probably your clothes that are stinking, not your body. This happens if you wear clothes and undies too often before washing. And some pparticular fabrics will just hold on to the odour even when you wash with hot water and dettol. Identify such clothing items, dispose of them and get new ones. And henceforth, wear clothes just once before you wash. Best of luck!
