It's good to have it before you leave though, for both student & spouse. You might need it to get work over there.

Wow Congrats! I'm currently experiencing the same thing. I applied for an MSc program & I'm yet to receive an offer letter and there's so much to do; payment of tuition deposit and every other thing. I'm actually panicking because i feel time is really running out & also because i hear that UoB sometimes withdraw people's admission even after they pay tuition deposit. Have you heard anything like that? Can we connect please?
