No, hotel booking confirmation. I have never used an invitation letter as I'm always the one sponsoring my trip.

Bank statement
Copies of land documents
Copies of previous visas ( valid and Expired ) - UK, US, Schengen, SA, Canada, etc.
Hotel booking confirmation for 14days

Hey Guys, being a silent reader here. I thought to share my timeline for UK visitor Visa (10 years) :
Renewal
Biometric - VI - 12 May 2022
Doc sent to DMC - 13 May 2022
Email from DMC acknowledging receipt - 20th May 2022
Another email from Liverpool visa office acknowledging receipt - 25th May 2022
Email from TLC for passport pick up - 6th June 2022
Passport sent and received through DHL - 7th June 2022.
