sign on a paper and snap it with ur phone then edit it,as u edit it the size will start decreasing,do that until the size is not more than 28kb then edit the name,then open ur portal and click on signature,then click on upload signature, then search for the signature u have snapped and upload it.

from Lagos take a bus going to Ilorin and drop at challenge from challenge take a cab to PS and if u like u can board a bus from Lagos to Ibadan and from Ibadan to Ilorin
