Car TalkRe: Camry Muscle Or Honda Civic by Taylor3(op): 5:33pm On Mar 02
Carcourt:
The Toyota Camry is a mid sized sedan focused on comfort, space and power options. Its competitors are the es Lexus, Mercedes E class, etc. it has 2.4 liter and V6 engine options. However, the civic is more focused on fuel economy, small size and all. Its competitors are the Toyota Corolla, Honda city, etc. its engine options are around 1.6litre to 2.0 depending on the option.

My advice is for you to get the Camry. It is more rugged, very forgiving when not well maintained , and it retains value better. The 2010/11 is a good choice because the 2007/08 models usually suffer from oil shortage and melting/cracked dashboard.

Happy motoring!
Thank you so much for this, Sir.

I appreciate.

They are both reliable.
Ground clearance should be a deciding factor

They are both good, depends on the condition of the one you buy.
For the camry, if not properly maintained by previous owner, the 4 cylinder engines of that generation have oil shortage issues. The V6 is really good though especially if you do alot of long distance driving.

Civics are generally good cars + doesn't have the melting dashboard issue this camry has.
Thank you for this, Sir

Make the camry your first choice if you can afford to buy toks, it consumes a little more than the civic, the difference is negligible depending on your movement, but be rest assured that the camry will give u peace of mind as parts are available and mechanics can easily fix common issues, civic is also a good choice but honda system is a bit complex for the average technicians here, they do not forgive abuse, will be more economical, and the 2013 will give you more interesting infotainment system compared to the camry. Do your due diligence before buying, check bid history, car fax etc. Toks are used cars too 😊.
Thank you so much for this. Really appreciate
Car TalkCamry Muscle Or Honda Civic by Taylor3(op): 8:21am On Feb 26
Good Morning, everyone.

I want to get a car in the next few weeks. However, I'm in a dilemma between getting the Toyota Camry, and the Honda Civic.

I am looking at the Toyota Muscle of 2010/11, or the Honda Civic 2012/13. My goal is to buy a proper foreign used, not Naija used.

I just need a good car that is very reliable, won't stress me at all, and something I can use for a long time without complications, and of course, something that doesn't consume too much fuel unnecessarily. But my emphasis is Reliability, ability to be easily repaired and spare parts availability.

Please I'd love to get your opinions.

Thanks everyone.

Good Morning, Boss.

Please I want to ask for the cost of clearing a 2012 Honda Civic. I want to get the car this month, so I want to know how much the duty is.

Thank you.
