If this is actually true, just tell your friend what you saw and also report this to the Police.
Aside the body you saw being a dead body the man might as well be a rapist who drug women to sleep with them or even a murderer because he can't just go to a morgue to hire dead bodies to sleep with, most likely he abducts women kill them and then go ahead to sleep with their Dead bodies...
