Nigeria’s largest online mall, has been announced as the 12th most respected
company in Nigeria. The award was presented to the company at the BusinessDay
‘Top 100 Most Respected Companies Award’ ceremony and recognized some of
the most influential companies in Nigeria. To arrive at the 100 companies list,
Businessday Research and Intelligence unit (BRIU) polled a total of 11,982
respondents across 12 states.
The achievement is a notable one for Konga, a Nigerian company just a little over
two years old as most other companies on the top 12 list include some of the
most renowned companies in Nigeria today including GTB, Nigerian Breweries and
Dangote. The top 12 list also included big multinationals such as Unilever and
Nestle Nigeria Plc. Others were MTN, FBN Limited, Airtel, Globacom, Diamond
Bank and Dufil.
