Foreign AffairsRe: Labour Party Wins UK General Election, Outgoing PM Sunak Concedes by Teammc: 7:39am On Jul 05, 2024
Threedoorsdown:
Elections in advanced countries are very interesting. You could easily predict the outcome from public polls ans opinions of the people even before election day. Everybody knew Sunak was not winning because of some of his policies that are frowned upon by the UK people.

In my beloved country all these doesn't matter. People are suffering, complaining, lamenting and even dying of hunger and insecurity. If polls are taken now the incumbent won't win but on election day proper he would win by a wide margin 😂😂😂
Research shows 54.20 percent Nigerians are computer literate. I.e only 54.20 percent of Nigerians can do that online polls you're talking about and let me remind you that not all of them will come out to vote on the election day and not all of them will align with one candidate. The reason why online polls can't determine a candidate that will win a Nigerian election is because the real voters do not have access to mobile devices. They don't even know how to operate one. These are the people that collects stipend from the politicians to vote. I don't know if you get my point. These are the people that do not even know their left from right. Nigerian politicians will just gather them in one place and tell them where to vote.

In UK, 85 percent of their population are computer literate and I bet all of them will come out to vote.
