And then there was an insurance pet blog I ran that was targeted at Americans for months with the .xyz extension. Being a first using the .xyz extension, it ranked fairly well and started making $15-20 daily with minimal traffic from the US. after six months.

On the xyz extension, it is no secret that you don't really understand its potential. Anyways, how can you when your niche is selling nulled themes and plugins?

A new project was launched some three weeks ago and it's contents are carefully being scattered all over Google already.

Its idea in the first place was to displace the .com extension and as such, they had to reduce its pricing to about 1 cent to encourage people but spammers latched on and took it as an opportunity to spam.

There is no such thing as 'SPAM TLD'. One of the most abused? Yes, but not a spam TLD. Facebook doesn't accept it because of its abuse level. That said, Hostinger made a revelation that the .xyz extension 'is the new .com extension. THEY EVEN RECOMMENDED IT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Facebook owns Instagram which just about makes sense why it is rejected there as well. In terms of projects and content-ladened sites, a .com extension won't outrank a .xyz extension both started on the same day. There is no such thing as a performance domain. All that counts the most is your site performance and content and you are good.

The .xyz extension remains one of the most abused TLDs in the world but it does not make it a spammy extension. They are two different things. Freenome's extensions comfortable fall into the latter's category.

Even Google's co-founder chose the xyz extension Alphabet Inc (Google's Parent Company). You might want to check abc.xyz!

I just went to one of my FB pages and added this xyz domain and it was saved successfully.....
The probable reason he's unable to save the domain is because he's not adding the "https://"
