I have and here is my experience:

1. They kept breaking the corner picks, whenever I asked they will say it’s cows 🐄 that broke it.
2. I will do another one, they will break it again.
3. Then when we are to rebuild the blocks, I discovered they will take me to another place as my land, they kept changing locations for like four times that I went to complain that my corner picks has been broken.
4. They said there is a legal suite concerning the land that we have to wait before we could use the land.
5. I waited till eternity before I discovered that it’s a scam!
6. Lesson; never buy land from road side vendors;
7. Buy from the government or government approved vendors.
8. I rest my case!
