id4sho:He told you "farmers were balling" but you don't want to go into farming. Don't you want to "ball" too? The rains will soon start, get one hectare and cultivate. Make sure you write every penny you're spending down. Then at the end of harvest, FG should allow massive imports of what you produced, then come back and make this comment. In fact, even if they don't allow import, just farm one year so that you too can ball. Shebi e easy? Or better still, be a middle man yourself. Be on Nigerian roads 24/7 since you think they are "balling". A friend of mine just told me "he's balling" from Web 3, and I am already learning it online. I intend to travel to his place and be his mentee. Me sef want "ball". |
When we talk, they say farmers are greedy. They claim farmers are cashing out big, but they themselves don't want to go into the farming It's a very bad policy and farmers are already counting out their loses |
fabolouz1:Did you vote PDP in 2023? So their work is to act as a "virile opposition" so that when it's time for election, somebody from another party will come out and claim to be Messiah to scuttle their chances huh? Obi and his people should go and do the opposition work, since according to them, they won the election and were denied, thereby making them the main opposition party. |
Thobie85:Lol Nobody needs to have your CV and you don't need to register for any job before you get it. As long as you have a strong connect. This is Nigeria. In 2021 February, I was sitting with a friend gisting when a call came in. The person at the other end of the call said xyz said you should call him. This my friend doesn't even have xyz's number at that point. So he asked the person who called him to send him the number. Long story short, he called xyz and he was asked to come to the office the next day. He went and came back with an appointment letter This is his 4th year in Public Complains Commission, Abuja. Sadly, they don't seem to have a good salary structure cos that guy is always broke. As long as your connect has you in mind, he just needs your name and your course of study to know where to fix you. When it's your turn to enjoy this flawed system, it will be like magic. Like one of Tinubu's appointee said recently, instead of saying "may Nigeria not happen to me", say "may Nigeria favour me" May Nigeria favour us all in whatever name you believe in |
Like play like play, this kidnapping industry is growing at an alarming rate. If the government doesn't cripple down this menace, it will get to a time when people will be scared to live their houses and those bastards will still go house to house looking for victims. It is that bad. I will be travelling to Lagos sometime this week and I'm already scared sef God have mercy on this country |
Good news |

Mehn, times have really changed. I remember buying my Redmi 5 for 45k sometime in 2018. I enjoyed every bit of it until I lost it to some attack one night. But today, 250k cannot even get me a good Redmi device (@ least going by some of the reviews I see on gsm arena). It is either it is lagging, overheats, blurry camera, poor resolution or something else. I'm not looking for an iPhone 16 feature in a 250k phone by the way, but one needs to consider those reviews sha Who do us this thing like this? |
FG themselves are yet to pay some people the new minimum wage |
AgeKen13:Where did you see the price? |
If you were sacked and called back, then yes. But if you resigned, then hell no! After four years? Na shege pro max you go see from your former boss and colleagues because they will see it as your last hope. I personally can't go back to a job I resigned, especially after such a long period of time |
Ok |

xtianchris:All these conspiracy theorists. What if they do? Even Seun has thousands of people's information at his fingertips. Is that why we should be scared of using nairaland? Why should it worry you that they are monitoring you if you don't have any thing to hide? Ogbeni, use your Android if you want to and let people that want to use iOS use their preferred stuff Enough of this conspiracy bullshit |
Lagos is the commercial nerve center of Nigeria, with countless opportunities and possibilities, but there are a lot of careless and needless deaths there |

noobody:I will hopefully do that when I read specs and reviews |
veladaquez:Thanks |
noobody:Yes Thank you so much boss |
Hi guys, Which Redmi phone do you recommend for a budget of 250-270k? I'm looking for 6+ gig of Ram Sleek design Camera is a plus Thanks |
Gboom:I'm dead sure you didn't read the whole story. Dude is to pay a fine of N2 million inplace of his jail term. So what is 2m that a drug dealer cannot afford? He'll pay the fine, go back to the society and continue from where he stopped. Nigeria will never work in a billion years time. Yahoo boys/fraudsters are arrested and prosecuted -- they pay a fine Drug barons are arrested and prosecuted -- they pay a fine Politicians are arrested and prosecuted -- the case drags till eternity Nigeria is a crime scene, whether we agree or not. |
sleek214:Mention me when this happens. Look, fraud/yahoo is here to stay. Let me tell you what will happen.... They will be charged to Court, sure! In Court, they will be granted bail. They will come back home and continue defrauding people while waiting for their trial and possible conviction. The case will drag for maybe two or three years, after which the judge will finally sentence them to 3 months in prison with an option of fine of 200k They pay their fines, the case is over, they return to the society and continue from where they stopped. This time, they will be more careful, more strategic, with an entirely different FORMAT . De play! |
