Web Market › 800+ Free And Premium Website Templates, Elementor Kits And Code Scripts by techcadet(op):
Good day.

If you build websites or web apps for clients, this will save you serious time and money.

https://techcadetonline.com/products

Tech Cadet is a vault of 800+ website templates, Elementor template kits and code scripts, covering practically every niche a Nigerian client will bring you: eCommerce, real estate, hotels, restaurants, churches, schools, logistics, health, fitness, portfolio, crypto, fintech dashboards, booking systems and more.

Start with the free ones

Some kits in the vault are completely free. Create an account, download, import into Elementor, and use them on real client jobs today. No card, no catch. Test the quality yourself before you spend one naira. That is deliberate: once you see how a professional kit cuts your delivery time, the rest of the vault sells itself.

Then three ways to go premium

Buy per item. Each premium kit or script is sold individually. Pick only what your current client job needs.
Lifetime access. One payment unlocks the entire vault forever. No monthly subscription. Every new kit and script added after you join appears in your account at no extra cost. If you deliver client jobs regularly, one project fee covers this many times over.
Request what is missing. If a client job needs a kit or script that is not in the bank yet, send a request and it gets sourced and uploaded. The library grows around what members actually need.

What the code scripts side covers

Beyond Elementor kits: PHP and Laravel scripts for dashboards, e-commerce systems, fintech and trading dashboards, booking platforms and member portals. Install, rebrand, configure, deploy. Charge web-app money without hiring a dev team.

Before anybody asks: these are licensed assets, legal for client work. This is not a nulled-scripts dump. One hacked client site costs you more than this entire vault.

Webmasters › How I Deliver Client Websites In 2 Days Instead Of 2 Weeks by techcadet(op):
Good day Webmasters.

I have been building websites for clients for a few years now, and the biggest lesson I learnt is this: the fastest developers are not writing more code. They stopped starting from scratch. I went from spending 2 to 3 weeks per site to delivering in 2 days, and clients are happier because they see results quickly.

I am sharing my complete workflow. Nothing hidden. Ask questions and I will answer.

Day 0 (before you touch anything): the 30-minute brief

Most projects drag because the developer starts designing before understanding the business. I ask the client 5 questions only:

What does the business do, in one sentence?
Who is the site for (customers, investors, clients)?
What is the one action a visitor should take (call, WhatsApp, buy, book)?
Which 3 websites do they like (even foreign ones)?
Do they have a logo, brand colours, and photos?

If they cannot answer question 3, that conversation alone earns your fee. Half of "I don't like it" wahala comes from skipping this step.

Day 1 morning: setup and starting point (2 to 3 hours)

Domain and hosting first (any decent host, avoid the very cheap ones that die every weekend). Then install WordPress and Elementor.

Here is the trick that changed everything for me: I do not build from a blank canvas. Ever.

For normal business websites, I import a pre-built Elementor template kit that matches the client's industry. Restaurant client, restaurant kit. Real estate client, real estate kit. The layout, sections, spacing and responsiveness are already professionally done.

For heavier jobs, like dashboards, e-commerce systems, booking systems or member portals, I use ready-made code scripts (PHP and Laravel) the same way. Install the script, rebrand it, configure it, deploy. What would take months of custom coding becomes a one-week job.

Some people feel like using kits and scripts is cheating. My brother, the client is not paying you for suffering. They are paying for a working product. Agencies abroad do the same thing and charge 10 times more.

Day 1 afternoon: rebrand (3 to 4 hours)

This is where the project stops looking like a template.

Swap the logo and set the brand colours globally in Elementor global styles, so you do it once, not per page. Replace every stock photo with the client's real photos. If they have none, take phone photos of the business, or use quality stock that matches Nigeria, not oyinbo winter pictures on a Lagos business site.

Rewrite all the copy. This is where AI saves me hours. I feed the client's brief to an AI chatbot and ask for headline options, service descriptions and About text in plain Nigerian-friendly English, then I edit. Never paste AI text raw.

Finally, delete sections the client does not need. A 5-section homepage that loads fast beats a 12-section one that scrolls forever.

Day 2 morning: the money details (2 to 3 hours)

Every button points to WhatsApp (a link with a pre-filled message like "Hello, I saw your website"wink. For most Nigerian small businesses, WhatsApp converts better than contact forms, and clients enjoy seeing enquiries land directly in their WhatsApp.

Add a click-to-call phone number in the header, a Google Maps embed if they have a physical location, and basic SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, business name plus city keywords. Compress every image before upload. Heavy images are 80 percent of why sites are slow.

Day 2 afternoon: test and handover (2 hours)

Test on an actual cheap Android phone, not just your laptop, because that is what most visitors will use. Check every link and button. Record a 10-minute video for the client showing how to view messages and change small things. Deliver with a one-page PDF: login details, hosting renewal date, and what is included.

What I charge (so nobody undersells themselves)

With this speed, 150k to 400k naira per site is realistic depending on the client size, and you can comfortably deliver 4 to 6 sites a month part-time. Script-based projects like dashboards, online stores and portals go higher, 400k to 1m or more, because the client is comparing you to a dev team quoting 6 months.

People charging 50k and suffering for 3 weeks are not cheaper. They are just slower and poorer.

Mistakes that used to cost me weeks

Starting design before collecting content, so the site stays 90 percent finished forever.
Unlimited revisions. I now give 2 rounds, and extra rounds are billed.
Building from a blank canvas to prove I am a "real developer".
No deposit. Now it is 50 percent upfront or nothing moves.

That is everything. If you have questions about any step and where to get over "+800 free and premium elementor kit and code script", drop them below and I will reply. If you are just starting your web design journey, ask anything. No question is too small.
