Thanks bro, I appreciate you. KDP is interesting sha but my focus right now is PM roles because of my background.

The feedback part from that screenshot really got me thinking though. Do you think feedback + retakes actually help more than just video courses? Or is it all the same at the end?

Asking because I don’t want to jump from one course to another without results 😂

Omo if na this opinion you share with them, them supposed hire you but you see employers don't like honest opinions.

Honest question for people who switched to tech in Nigeria.

I paid ₦150k for a Product Management course last year. Videos + slides + certificate at the end.

Problem: When I apply for PM roles, recruiters still say “no real experience”. The certificate didn’t help me answer case study questions.

Then I saw this screenshot from someone else learning PM. She failed a test with 57%, posted it publicly, and the school let her retake + reviewed her mistakes with her one-on-one.

Her words:
"I scored 57% and didn’t pass. But the feedback session showed me exactly where I messed up. That’s more valuable than the certificate."

Made me think: Are we paying for certificates or for actual skill + feedback?

For those who landed PM/tech jobs:
1. What helped you more - certificate from course, or practice + feedback on real tasks?
2. Would you rather fail tests but get detailed reviews, or pass easily but learn nothing?

Asking because I’m about to invest again and don’t want to waste another ₦150k.

What’s the smarter way to learn PM in Nigeria right now?

UPDATE #1: Week 1 Module Breakdown - ITG Bootcamp

So I checked ITG syllabus they sent me. Week 1 = HTML + CSS Fundamentals.

What you’ll actually do:
1. Build first landing page from scratch
2. Learn flexbox + responsive design
3. Submit project to portfolio

Why this matters: You don’t wait till week 12 to code. Portfolio starts week 1.

Compared ITG ₦150k Bootcamp vs 5 Others

Here’s Why I Chose ITG 2026

I’ve been job-hunting 6 months. No CS degree. Budget = ₦150k max.

So I spent 2 weeks comparing bootcamps. My goal: Tech job + Portfolio + Internship before Dec 2026.

Here’s the honest breakdown:

1. ITG - ITeach Globally
Price: ₦150k discounted from ₦300k [limited slots they told me]
Duration: 12 weeks
What you actually get: Frontend/Backend/Product/SMM/Android
The catch that sold me: Practical lessons + Portfolio + Internship + Certificate + “Learn & Earn”
Meaning: You build real projects week 1, not just theory. Plus internship to get experience.
Site: iteachglobally.co.uk [Google them for full syllabus]

2. Bootcamp X - ₦250k, 16 weeks, No internship = No experience
3. Bootcamp Y - ₦400k, Online only, No portfolio projects

**Why ITG won for me:**
₦150k is cheaper + You graduate with portfolio + Internship certificate. That’s what HR asks for in interviews.

**The catch for readers here:**
ITG is running ₦150k discounted price but only few slots left this batch. I got their payment plan + syllabus PDF.
If you want it, check my signature below 👇 I uploaded the breakdown there.

I’ll update this thread weekly with Module 1 notes + project screenshots.

If you’ve done ITG before, drop your review. If you’re also researching bootcamps, let’s compare notes.
